Why We Should Wait On The Lord

We should wait on the Lord regarding His timing for everything. Wait until marriage for sex and children. Wait until God's timing for other blessings, and before making moves, changes, or huge decisions. While waiting on God, serve Him. Waiters in restaurants serve the people. Spiritual waiters serve God and His people. In the Bible, when people didn't wait and took matters into their own hands they made a mess of things. But praise God! We have Jesus who can make something good come out of our mess. Yet there still may be consequences. But God wants us to know He still loves us even if we have sinned by not waiting on Him and His timing.
